Hi @Gitesh, welcome to the Community forums. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been having to change your clock face option. 

 

Could you please provide a few extra details about this? Let me know if you're getting any specific error message and what is the name of the clock face that you're not able to select. 

 

In addition, please confirm if the phone you're using to change the clock face and to sync your device is listed here as compatible: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
