Reminder to move is not working properly. Sometime it works and sometimes it won't.

Sync: With the latest update my device started sync. Thank you Fitbit.

 

On the whole a low cost like Mi band works much better than my blaze. Fitbit please improve my device performance and the feature to customize the reminder to move

Welcome back @pjbr! I'm glad to hear that after the latest update, your tracker started syncing properly. 

Regarding your reminders to move not working at all, I would like you to provide me with more details when it doesn't work. 

 

- How many times a day it doesn't work? 

- Is the tile and tracker matching? 

- When does it started happening?
