Remove Blaze From Account?

I bought a second blaze (need to return the first).  I removed first from my account on the app and set up the second.  I just received a text which appeared on BOTH devices! Tested this a few times and, yep, both getting the texts.  On the app and dashboard it only shows my new Blaze.  How do I disconnect the  first one from my account?  Thanks.

Its already disconected from your account, now we need to disconnect it from the phone.
Once the old Blaze is far enough away from the phone it will disconect, so after you drop it off and walk away, it's goood.

Ok, you want a better way,  go into your phones BT settings then unpair the old Blaze. The  phone wont be able to  comunicate with it.Then clear the messages.
Don't worry if you unpair the wrong Blaze, with the next sync the app will pair it back up, no code needed.

That's mysterious, since it's not possible to link multiple trackers of the same model to the account.. and only your new Blaze is displayed on your account @wxman123

I'm not sure if it's it's syncing with my account (it's not updating with my other devices), but IT IS most definitely recieving texts.  Obviously, this is unacceptable.  There needs to be a way to clear the watch.

Hello @wafihg to remove the. Blaze from your phone. Open the Bluetooth settings and remove the Blaze from there. You will also want to remove the Fitbit app from the phone. Leaving the app on will cause the Blaze to reconnect to to the phone.

Please note that this does not remove the Blaze from your For it account.
