Reoccurring clock face and display error

For the past several days I've gotten multiple clock errors telling me to change my clock face through the app. While this works in the short-term, I'm getting the error several times a day. I have updated the app and software, neither of which have helped. I am also getting a weird display error where the face shows a random pixel design, kind of like it's freezing up, and then restarts itself. This happens maybe once a day.

 

It's driving me nuts, please help!

 

Also, randomly the device seems to be tracking all my steps while the face is broken.

It's great to see you around @amozes and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker paired? Are you able to see the Blaze icon on your Dashboard? If you aren't, that's means that your tracker is not setup and that's why you are seeing different your clock face. I recommend following these steps in order to setup your Blaze from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
