Repair center for Fitbit

Fitibit have any repair centers? 

My Bladge is not showing heart rate, upon trouble shooting found out that tracker is defective and out of warranty. It doesn’t make sense of just throwing a tracker which is $200.

Is this how Fitbit plans on selling more and more models?

I've not come across any repair centres listed in the UK. Managed to
purchase a replacement battery, fitted it. My blaze set up straight away
but have issues charging it. Either I've done something wrong, or the
battery has a poor connection!

Same thing happened with me, I am requesting if they can tell me any partner company who do repair. Answer i get is Sorry, WTF, you are selling items in the market with no repair possibility?? Do you guys want me to dump my Smart Watch.

The fitbit support says"We're sorry if it wasn't the resolution that you've expected. 

Upon checking on our system, your warranty start date was on Oct 03, 2016. Warranty was already expired more than 2 years ago.

I tossed my broken Versa and bought an Inspire.

I contacted the repair center and they worked with me to try to solve the problem. Nothing worked, so they sent me a new Versa2 to replace it. I was still under warranty though keep in mind.
I’m happy and glad to be back in the Fitbit world again!

This is my third Fitbit and have been very happy with the others before my Charge 3. Now my Fitbit has a dark screen and is impossible to read. Would you please send me another or credit for a new unit. Many thanks

If you can see the display when your indoors, you may need to go into
settings, and switch off sleep mode. Then you should be able to change
display brightness

For those who say Fitbit d not have repair centers, it could be true, however, you can find non-fitbit associated repair facilities. 

Do a simple Google search, for example I found https://www.joesge.com/pages/repair-service-fitbit can repair fitbits for a price. 

Once more, I am not advertising or telling anyone to use this site (use it at your own risk), simply showing an example that there are options out there for those who are happy with their product and don't want to pay $100-$200+ for something that works on every way except (for example) their battery needing replacement.

To whom it may concern;
I had a Versa 2 that did NOT work properly and I contacted the company and they worked with me and tried to fix the problem, ALL failed so they sent me another watch to replace my bad one. There is hope people if you go to the right source. Get connected!

My husband but 3 screen gone black tried everything rebot...help Portland orego we are on three one  and when we harvest buy would help us to fix now they say nope we can't help or fix till u pay 45 dollars and we might not be able to fix..please help Jan I like Fitbit help us stat fit.
