Fitibit have any repair centers?

My Bladge is not showing heart rate, upon trouble shooting found out that tracker is defective and out of warranty. It doesn’t make sense of just throwing a tracker which is $200.

Is this how Fitbit plans on selling more and more models?

Hi @Meled19440618  Fitbit has NO repair stores. Any place you take your Fitbit would be a third party repair business and not part of Fitbit. What's going on?

My Versa 2 just stopped recording my heart rate, which also means my sleep.  It’s only 1 yr and 3 months old, and I spent $180+ on it. Since it’s out of warranty, they offered me a 35% discount. Ugh...  I’m super irritated, and now I guess I’m stuck with it.

...think it’s time to upgrade to an Apple Watch 👍🏼

I wish I would have read this BEFORE I purchased my Versa 2. I had to get a replacement within a year of having it. The replacement went out and won't come back on and is now out of warranty BECAUSE the original device's warranty is extended to any replacements they send you. Meaning you have one year of warranty period, after that if the replacement goes out or crashes as mine did you are offered a discount on a new device. Just dont buy any more devices it's a scam IMO and from my experience. I hope this helps someone save $250 because their devices aren't cheap. I have a smart watch I bought at a gas station for $49 that STILL works and I've had it for 4 years now. It's no way this should be legal..

My partner felt bad it was broken, and she bought me a new one.  This time, I bought an extended warranty, and this will for sure my last one!!!

Hello,

I have the same problem with my Versa 2 as well.  My watch is 1 year and 4 months old and now it is dead.  I was offered a 35% discount to buy another Versa 2, however, being on Social Security, I can not afford their watches (it was a gift originally).  If I had known this was only going to last this short of time, I would have told my family to not purchase this for me.  I am very disappointed in this company's actions and will not do business with them again.

How old was your watch when it broke?  Mine was about 16 months old and past the warranty, so all they would do is sell me another one for $135.00.

Fitbit does not care about its customers. My HR Charge 2’s screen went blank after 14 months and their customer support wasn’t able to fix the problem. They don’t have service centers anywhere and their warranty is only one year. So if your watch stops working pass the warranty period, you’re s…t out of luck. I got a garmin watch which so far is working fine even after 2 years.
