Replaced my Blaze. Set up trouble!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I cracked the screen on my Blaze and I have accidental cover so I got a replacement.

I have been using the app on my phone for the last 3-4 months.  However I can't set the new Blaze up with my phone. And the site says the phone is not supported.

It's a Oneplus 3T.  Which apparently isn't supported (even tho I've being using it with the old blaze)

Is there any way I can get my Blaze set up or is it a paperweight now Man Frustrated

Hi

Yes. I have used the phone for several months to sync my data. However it is not the phone that I set the original Blaze up with.

Thanks

That is what i was thinking,  some phones while they have not been thoroughly tested, debugged, etc, have been found to have no problems syncing, but are unable to setup the tracker.

All the setup does is connect your tracker to your Fitbit account.

My suggestion is to find a friend with a Fitbit, ask them if you can use their phone to setup your tracker. Log into your account and do a setup. Once setup have them remove your tracker from their Bluetooth settings.

I think you will find your tracker now syncs through your phone.

So I did what Rich said and set up my fitbit with an iPhone 6. All good and the watch works fine now. But it will not connect to my phone (OnePlus 3T) sync or bluetooth. If I want to change anything I have to reconnect to her phone 👎
