Replacement Blaze, no notifications

I just received a replacement Blaze after mine stopped holding a charge. I linked the new one to my account and set it up, but notifications are not being pushed to my Blaze screen. Texts are set to show, but they do not, and there is no option to add third-party apps, particularly Gmail. Settings on my phone have not changed in the few days between removing the old one (which received notifications just fine) and this new one. Ideas?

A warm welcome to the Community @MKE414. If your tracker isn't receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post and follow the instructions provided there.
