Had my fitbit blaze for 2 days and it's started resetting itself over and over again then it starts to work but the HR just says 70 all the time if it's on my wrist or off? Then it will go into the resetting loop again. Has anyone seen this before or know how to fix...
Hi, yes I have tried turning it off and doing a force reset myself, it sometimes starts to work but the heart rate says 70 all the time on the on setting and nothing on the auto setting then it will reset itself?
Them i would say scroll down and read the warranty. Then through the help on the app, or the settings gear in the top right, you will find the link.to contact fitbit.
