Rest days activity goals

Would it be possible to set separate step/activity goals for rest days? Eg: 15000 steps weekdays and 7500 steps weekends? Or 60mins activity weekdays and 30mins at weekends? May be helpful when wanting to let muscles etc rest and repair on certain days and not feel 'guilty' about doing so.
