My heart rate records on daily basis only, no weekly or monthly records are stored, also no updating of resting heart rate,

That would be a database issue @Andyscot, double check that you don't have two different fitbit accounts and that you log in on a PC to fitbit.com using the same email login and password as you use on your mobile for the mobile app. IF you are confident then contact fitbit service chat and let them investigate your concern. Your history is somewhere, you just need help finding it.
