It is abundantly clear from the Fitbit Community and countless product review websites that Fitbit screwed up with this latest ap update. Just give us the previous version back, take your time making corrections, and then test it with ALL product models before releasing. I am ready to return this $200 tracker for which I am no longer able to control the functions while Fitbit continues to ignore and deny the actual problem.

Thank you for finally doing something about this issue. The update pushed out this week has corrected ALL of the issues with syncing the Blaze.

I'm sorry you're not liking the new version of the Fitbit app. Unfortunately, there are no plans to revert back to the old dashboard at the moment so I really appreciate your understanding with this.
What type of problems are you having with your tracker and the Fitbit app?

Seriously? The same thing everyone is experiencing and no one seems to be listening. Ever since the update the bluetooth is screwed uo, the ap will not find the tracker when I try to sync, only syncs when IT wants to. These problems did not exist before the ap update and were immediate following the update.

I have been having issues also. The Fitbit will not sync, and when it does, it takes ages. The new app is also not easy to navigate, I can’t find anything! I loved the last app, is there no way to restore?

I agree - I have a Flex 2 and am not at all happy with the updated App. Could you please activate an option that will allow us to return to the previous version of the app?

Yes the app is the worst ever! I can’t seem to find anything in it - like work week hustle etc.. and settings. It’s absolutely hopeless. I really want the old app back😕

I agree I also would like to previous app. Since the upgrade I can't find things when I go to look for them like keeping track of the hourly steps I look at that little bitty little thing and I can't tell if I made my steps for the hour or not. Also did my clock is off so I go online or try to get the directions and how to sync I'm not able to sync it so that my clock will work correctly according to my clock at 4:15 this morning I did 500 plus steps. At 4:15 this morning I was asleep in bed.

I agree. There should be an option to choose the classic view or the updated view. I really find the new one hard to work with. The old dashboard was simple and easy and quick to read.

Hi! I love my fit bit but I really don't like the new sleep score... At all. It makes me feel like I failed a test! We all know that sinking feeling. I really wish you guys could allow users to revert back to the old format and or add the option for "average sleep hours." The whole scoring thing does not interest me but, I am interested in knowing the average amount of hours I slept through out the week, without having to open my calculator and doing the math myself. PLEASE GIVE US BACK THIS FEATURE! Please and thank you.

This is against the law withholding any previous updates! The the update you sent out has crashed the charging point on older blaze units. I have read countless messages from fitbit user's and all of them have problems charging the unit, after the update.
All so you can rinse us to buy another unit that will only last 13 months. I paid £320.00 on 2 units 13 months apart. I will be consulting trading standards over this matter. And will be showing them all the messages i have screen shot.
A disgrace of a company!

I have some issue since I had updated my fitbit versa to the latest update.
a major problem that I am faced with is light sensor which is not working anymore. I set my brightness to auto but it is always dim which makes me sad. Another issue I have is that the speed of touching screen goes down and it is not working smoothly. Please introduce us a new update whit fixing these kind of issue.

Since update August 2020 my ionic doesnt syn properly loses time tried resetting app restore tracker reset factory settings tried every troubleshooting piece of advice I could find .fitbit have made major error many users in the same boat .turned my fitbit into useless unusable piece of trash

I :hundred_points: agree. I wish they would allow us to go back to the original dashboard. I will be sending my 200.00 **ahem** versa 2 back as it it worthless to me now.

My problem is my fit bit Versa was charging just fine 3 days ago before I downloaded the upgrade. Now I get about 6 hours and a dead battery. 3 days ago I was getting 3 days off a full charge. How do I restore the previous version? Because I will buy a Garmin before I shell out 300 bucks for another Versa! You all really mucked this up and this customer is NOT happy 😡
