Run cues units wrong on the Fitbit app

 Hi,

I'm trying to set my run cues so that I get an update every 1 km.

I've tried online (cog>blaze tracker>run cues for free run)

and I've tried on the app on the phone (advanced settings> exercise tracking> frequency)

and I have my settings (advance settings>units) set to metric,

however, the cue is given at 1.6km, not 1 km, as per setting.

Also, when I check the post run data (track exercise) the pace shown is distance per km, but, again, the cues show 1.6km, not 1km.

So, in summary, I'm trying to set the run cues to be every km, but it seems that the blaze is tracking for every mile.

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry you're having problems with your cues not showing at 1 km but showing the conversion in km but for miles, that does sound very strange...

I can probably recommend going to the Settings, go into the Advanced Settings and in units, if it's set to km, change it to miles. Then, go back, scroll to the bottom, log out of the Fitbit app, log back in and change the units now from miles to km and go back and sync your tracker.

Then, go to the exercise tracking section to select the cues frequency and see if you're able to select 1km.

Hope this helps and if you need anything else, let me know!

I have this problem in reverse.

my cues are 0.62 miles (1K) instead of 1 mile.

Mice tried the above but it hasn’t worked for me???
