Run exercise shortcut not responding

When I select Exercise and then Run, nothing happens.  It doesn't respond at all no matter how many times I press Run.  Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems using the Run exercise shortcut.

It's strange that it's not responding at all, so, my recommendation would be to give your Blaze a quick restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After restarting your tracker, try out the Run function and see how it goes.
