I got a Samsung Galaxy S8 yesterday and my Blaze will not pair with my phone for notification alerts. I had a very unhelpful chat with support who merely said they would forward my complaint to the software team. Has anyone successfully got their notifications to work with the S8 and how did you do it?

Hello @mrskhand a few questions I have.
Does your notifications show up on the lock screen of the phone?
Do you have Fitbit notifications enabled!
Is always connected also ensbled!
Let's open the phones Bluetooth settings, does the Blaze show up as a trusted connected device yet?
The user is unable to pair this, and simply needs to wait for the app to do so.. My exist pangs with the GS8, GS7, and my GS5, not my sisters GS5 has been in a day or two everything comes together and notifications haopen.
Let's go into the Blaze settings turn the Blaze classic to pair, then go to the phones Bluetooth and pair up Blaze classic.. There is no reason that is obvious but users have reported doing this ha helped greatly.
You should then also be able to control miso if on the phone.
