Blaze Pace Display

I have had my Blaze since May and was getting on with it.  However, since training for a half-marathon, I am starting to be a bit disillusioned.  I had thought that by connecting to GPS on my phone, it would monitor distance accurately.  I now realise that it doesn't.  I did a ParkRun on Saturday and my fitbit showed it to be 3.7km.  I have adjusted the stride length to try to make it more accurate.

Also, now the pace displayed on my Blaze seems to be way too high.  I saw on another comment that someone thought the display was shown in miles rather than kms.  Is this correct?  If so, can it be changed?  I am tracking in KMs and so need the pace in Kms.

A warm welcome to the Community @Jazmelia.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by making sure that your stride length information is correct. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

About the kilometers, if you have already set this information to have km, don't worry, you will see your information in km.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
