I would like to know when Samsung Galaxy J7 will be Blaze compatible device?.

A month ago, from customer service told me to buy another cel phone, but I think that is not an answer.

I just wanna know if you will add my phone to compatible devices list or dont have any plan to do it.

A warm welcome to the Community @Maripty.

Regarding to your question, I don't have that information since our team is currently working in testing the compatibility of several phones. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.

In the meantime, remember that you can sync your Blaze with a computer or a compatible device.

See you around. Woman Happy

Don’t hold your breath.  I asked the same question about a year ago and got a similar response.  That said, the phone does pair and receive notifications notwithstanding it not being on the list.

Fitbit NOT syncing with

your phone?

I hope this may help for those who try .. let me know though if it works. This method worked for me on both Samsung J7 and J5 and OnePlus 2..

1. Unpair remove your device from ur bluetooth list (If you can)

2. Switch off ur fitbit (make sure u consult ur manual on how to do this properly as it can be tricky)

3. Install a fresh copy of fitbit app. if u have it installed UNINSTALL IT and reboot ur phone

4. next switch on ur Location/GPS on ur mobile

5. Keep ur wifi or data connection on

6. Switch on ur fitbit

7. on ur mobile switch off bluetooth (if its on ) and turn in back on after 5 secs

8. OPen the fitbit app and follow the instructions and allow/accept any connection between app and fitbit

hope that helps....

My prob is that GPS would work fine for first couple months and then went haywire. I want to support and after all kinds of trouble shooting, unpair repair uninstall reinstall.

.they tell me not compatible phone...but couldn't explain to me how it worked flawlessly for the first 2 most I owned it....and now there is global app issue with displaying info properly on the phones...sooooo done with this tracker....should've went to Garmin in the first place
