I love the blaze, but after a year of perfect use and fun challenges I upgraded my phone from the galaxy s7 to the s8. Problems started!!!! I no longer get any notifications on my blaze ( which was the best feature). I did contact fitbit support and my fiurst blaze pebble just started working out of the blue it was great until the battery only lasted 1-2 days on one charge instead of the 5 days it says.
I requested a replacement and received it and again no notifications. What the heck is wrong with fitbit, make it compatible to ALL phones. Might just have to get the Samsung Gear if this can not be resolved and I love fit bit.
The support staff and I ran through everything and s till no notifications. Please get your tech support to make it compatible or you will lose many fitbit customers.

It does seem that the S8 is not fully supported by fitbit and notifications in particular seem to be an issue. You might want to subscribe to the following thread to keep up to date with any developments with this:
