Samsung S8 Battery drain

I've seen the accepted solution for the S8 battery drain issue on the forum stating that this is a Samsung issue and that it is up to them to fix it.

 

That thread was started in July and closed with this resolution in Sept, it's now 5 months later and my blaze now needs charging every day.  I have followed the battery saving tips (which completely reduce the functionality of the blaze) but it seems to be getting worse.

 

I think this issue needs escalating and if there is not a resolution within 2017 then I'll be returning my blaze and not using the brand again.

I'm really sorry to hear you're having problems with the battery on your Blaze.

 

As you said, this is a known problem that our team is aware of and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible but still don't have an exact time frame about it. Please keep an eye on  the forums or for any update release.
