Says a50 is not a compatible device but will it become compatible in the near future? I also don't understand why it isn't. I downloaded the app fine, have an internet connection and working bluetooth. It seems like it should just sync up. Also, I just got this phone. my previous phone was iPhone 5s which worked fine. I downloaded app and signed in and it was showing my profile and everything but wouldn't sync. I deleted device and tried to setup a brand new connection. Still didn't work. I guess it's just because it's not compatible with this phone?

It takes time to test all the new phones coming out. I'm sure it will be at some time

 

Yes thats why it does not work.

 

You can set it up on the computer until then
