I was given a Blaze as a present from my daughter and within 2 days I had scratched the screen . Not sure how I did it but had not done anything to strenuous with it . I realise now that you can get screen protectors but I did not think it would be rust susceptible to scratches . The support team have offered me 25% of another one but all I want is a new screen . I am disappointed that the screen is so susceptible to scratches . I don't really feel like spending so much to replace it already .
Anybody had similar problems ? Won't Fitbit replace the screen . If it is a common problem they should have a solution

It's great to welcome you @Geolina22. It's weird to hear that a Blaze can get scratched so fast but it's good to hear that support offered a discount. I think that you should take advantage of that discount or you can get a screen protector to avoid more scratches. Also, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.
