I have had my Fitbit Blaze for less than 3 months. I went running this morning and when I went to check my heart rate noticed my screen cracked. I chatted with customer service where they told me all they could do was offer me a 25% discount on a new device. Less than 3 months on a 300.00 device and all you can do for me is offer me 25% instead of replacing it for me? I love my Blaze and I suggest to all my friends when asking about tracking watches to
get one. I didn't drop my watch or run over it. This was done during exercise. Something the device is made to be worn during.

get one. But after my experience today with customer service I don't think I will be doing that anymore. Very disappointed. Multiple friends have told me how helpful Fitbit is
when their product had been damaged and how they got replacement devices. I didn't drop my watch or run over it. This was done during exercise. Something the device is made to be worn during. Thanks a lot Fitbit.
