Hello
It has been a year since I have purchased Fitbit Blaze - I have upgraded from Fitbit Charge HR & Fitbit Alto. There seems to be a problem with the screen as it keeps flickering. Noticing this for the last few days. Is it a problem with the battery charging or some other issue? I have a video that I can share but video sharing is not supported here. I have attached 2 images for your reference. If you look closely, you will the pink lines in the screen. Please help / support to resolve the issue.
Regards
Nishanth

Hi, @mrnishanth, have you tried giving your Blaze a restart? Press and hold the left button and the bottom right button at the same time until the Fitbit logo comes up. You are usually advised to try this 3 times as a single restart doesn't always do the trick.
If this doesn't solve the problem you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. If you do get in touch, be sure to let them know the troubleshooting steps you have alreadt tried. They will take it from there!

Thank you @Julia_G I tried restarting (3 times) but the flickering became more continuous. But now it's back to the state of the images I had shared - stagnant.
Yes looks like I have to contact the Fitbit Customer Support Team to get the issue resolved. I will keep in mind to inform them of the trouble shooting steps taken to sort the issue.
