I'm very disappointed that after only having my Fitbit Blaze for 4 months my screen just shattered. I don't even remember hitting it on anything. I called customer service and they said they don't cover anything like that. It looks like this is a very common problem and they should at least sell replacement screens, if nothing else. Who can go spend the money to buy a new one every 4 months just for it to possible shatter and Fitbit not to do anything for it. The worst part is I had loved my Blaze so much that I had recommended it to my coworkers... 5 of them have since bought them and we were all doing challenges. I wish I hadn't recommended a product with such poor customer service to back up its products.

Thank you for posting! I was actually interested in getting the Blaze, but after hearing the same issue a few times now it clarifies my decision to not get one. I will say Figbit has a lot of great products....I LOVE my Alta. I highly recommend it.

I have had mine since it came out 2 years and its in perfect shape.
