When I placed my fitbit blaze into its charging unit and closed the lid, I heard a slight crunch. I opened it back up and the is a slight crack in the top left corner of the screen. I am a bartender and I am worried about liquid getting into the screen. I just got this as a gift about a month ago and was wondering if I had a warranty on it that would help me get this fixed!!!
We had the same issue. I was given the same response the first time around as well. Then after I complained to them again and told them how long I have been a Fitbit customer and was highly disappointed in their customer service they looked into it again and replaced the product for me. Keep the charging cord and wrist band because if they do decide to replace it, they will just send out a replacement device not including those two items.
