If you're lucky you may be able to get the replacement via the support team. Before you do that, you can try changing your clock faces to a few others and see if the problem persists. In my experience the problem seems specific to some clock faces only.
Also, try resetting the device using back + lower right button pressed simultaneously for 8-10 seconds. If this doesn't resolve, you're due a replacement.
