Screen lit but nothing

I got my notice that I hit my step count and since than the screen is back lit but nothing is on it. Tried resetting, nothing... put it in charger and nothing. It just has weird back lighting but nothing else. Help??!!

It's great to welcome you @JToth44, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

If your tracker isn't illuminating, please confirm you followed these steps to restart it:

1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.

If you didn't, I recommend trying the restart procedure by following them. Keep in mind that sometimes performing the restart process more than 1 time can be helpful.

I did do that several times last night and again this morning. The Fitbit logo never shows back up...

Hey, what was the resolution. I too getting the Screen lit when i press any button. But nothing happens, reset doesnt work. And the the green sensor at the back is also not working.

I'm having the same issue.  I woke up this morning and the fitbit homescreen was distorted.  I then try restarting it and the screen went blank but was still backlit and the green sensor was on.  I tried charging and resetting multiple times and am having no luck at all.  I am really bummed because I am doing a step challenge and am totally missing today.
