Hi, does anyone know how I can return a watch to factory settings? I've got a blaze, but unfortunately after I've linked it to my app it's producing data from the previous owner. Help anyone?

@Lvickers Once you add the tracker to your account, it should start over with your data and stats. What data are you seeing that you think is not yours? Is it calories by chance? If so, that is your BMR calories that it has configured.

@Lvickers Did you own another Fitbit? How long ago did you add the Blaze? It could already be tracking your stats for today.

Best AnswerWhen you say data, how msny steos and miles are showing before you got your fitbit?
Calories are basedvon thus and your BMR, what you sre seeing is the calories you burnt on those days to keep you alive plus any calories from any activity. You have no activity so this is your BMR. You did ask fitbit to tell you what it knows about the day.
