Hi, does anyone know how I can return a watch to factory settings? I've got a blaze, but unfortunately after I've linked it to my app it's producing data from the previous owner. Help anyone?

@Lvickers  Once you add the tracker to your account, it should start over with your data and stats.  What data are you seeing that you think is not yours?  Is it calories by chance?  If so, that is your BMR calories that it has configured.

It's coming up with data on calories which are pretty much consistent throughout but there are days where they peak implying that it's there training.

There are also steps counted and distance for today.

@Lvickers  Did you own another Fitbit?  How long ago did you add the Blaze?  It could already be tracking your stats for today.

It's second hand and I think it's the previous owners data I'm seeing. I've had it on for approximately 2hours, but there's info from before Christmas.
Thanks

When you say data, how msny steos and miles are showing before you got your fitbit?

Calories are basedvon thus and your BMR, what you sre seeing is the calories you burnt on those days to keep you alive plus any calories from any activity. You have no activity so this is your BMR. You did ask fitbit to tell you what it knows about the day.

As you can see in the attachment I have earned badges from last month which I've only just started the account yesterday. It would appear to be tracking me as you would expect from now but obviously it's now adding this info onto the previous owners. I've tried to reset the watch and also tried another account in my name but again all still present.
