Hi all,
i have a Fitbit blaze but recently upgraded to a different watch. My mum is wanting to use the blaze but I am having trouble syncing it to her phone/Fitbit account.
i have done the ‘forget device’ on my phone and taken it out of my Fitbit account and it still isn’t working!
when searching for it on mums phone to set up, it either takes forever to find it when searching or when it finally does find it it says ‘syncing to phone’ for hours
PLEASE HELP ME
seems like a waste of money to throw it away

Did you remove it from your Bluetooth as well on the phone?
Also if another Fitbit is near by then remove it to another room. They do interfere with each other
