Selling Blaze

Hello,

 

I’m selling my Blaze and need to wipe clear of my information for new owner. How do I do this?

There's not really a need. All your personal data is held on the fitbit servers rather than the fitbit itself.

 

The Blaze will only have the tracking data since the last sync so if you do one final sync before handing it over then it will not even have that.

 

When the new owner adds the Blaze as a new device to their fitbit account it will also clear any data on it and then reassign it their account.
