Setting a specific calorie goal in Blaze

I want my calorie goal to be 1300. I was in the settings today and messed it up, and can't get back to it. I do NOT want Blaze to change my calories based on activity, and I don't want it to calculate for me based on my weight loss goal. I just want to set it for 1300 cal per day and leave it. I've looked, but have not found instructions for doing this.

Then tap your today tile in the app, tap the settings cog in the top right. set the calorie goal. 

This can also be done in the web.
