How do I reset my time on my fitbit blaze?

Normally this is done during the sync process. Have you made sure the timezone is set to the correct local location.

The timezone is incorrect.  I don't know how to reset it

I called the support line and I talked for one and a half hours and got it fixed but thank you anyway

Hey there @Jeslavens. G ood to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

If you're having problems with the time on your Blaze not showing up correctly, it's important for you to sync your tracker with your Fitbit app. If syncing doesn't work, you can restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

Once it has rebooted, proceed to sync it with your app again and see how it goes!

I have gone into my dashboard and held my watch up to the watch and battery icon and it begins to sync

Hi - I'm new here.  My time on BLAZE is off by 13 hours.  I've rebooted.  

How and Where do I 'sync w the app' ?   I do NOT have any app anywhere.  All i have is a login on my laptop.

Hello @Whats-wrong, I see you created your Fitbit account on Christmas and it looks like you have set up the Blaze since it shows a time.

 

May I ask through what device - computer or phone was used to setup the Blaze. 

The program you use when setting up the Blaze if the same program that you will be syncing through.

 

Let's go to https://www.fitbit.com log into your account if you need to. In the top right corner you will see a settings cog/flower. Click on this flower and a menu will drop down. You should see your teacker and a time telling you when it last synced. When was the last time your Blaze had synced?

Apologies. I got it to sync. I chatted w tech support, and found an online app at the play store(?) That let me sync. Sorry I forgot to let folks know.

And thanks, I did see that it was sync'd on Christmas in the app.
