Setting up blaze

I am having issues with blaze screen. Trying to set up and cannot see code sent. Yes is charged and yes have reset. All I get is 2 feet in bottom right corner. When reset vibrates, then fitbit logo, then back to feet.

Sounds defective to me. I would take it back where ever you got it and exchange it.
