Blaze not syncing

I try to reload but it doesn't work! I really want to change the clock face but it doesn't change because it doesn't reload. 😞

Sorry @Jack112233, I'm  not sure what is ment by reload. You should be able to change the clock face through the app or web, then you will need to do a sync the way that you normally would.

By reloading I understand that your tracker isn't syncing. If this is the case, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your tracker should sync properly and you should be able to change your clock face.
