Hi
setting up my first Fitbit ( Blaze) and it's not picking up my heartbeat at all. I've moved it around, changed from Auto to On, tried to sync , reset , deleted Fitbit and re-paired and updated my IOS version. Don't know anything else to try. I've seen posts about green lights and I can't see any.
also , I clicked up over 1000 steps today sitting as a passenger in my daughter's car lol. I'm just a Fitbit disaster area . Please help !

Hello @Lojay do you see the green lights on the back flashing?
As car travel, depnding on the car this may be possible, no idea how long the drive was, or model of car,so im not sure if the count was unreasonable. That however doesnt matter, the thing is to log the time as driving. Http://help.fitbit.com/?q=drive
Another thing would be to download an app like Drivebit or Travelbit.

Have you done a restart 3x of your tracker yet? Http://help.fitbit.com/?q=restart
O would then go into the app, turn heart rate to on or auto, whatever it is not currently at. Then do a sync.
If this doesn't work then please set the tracker up as a replacement device.
About floors, this is mrasured by changes in airpressure and is influenced by the environment, nothing to be shamed about.

The flashing green lights would be on the back of the watch, where the watch touches your skin.
