Hi, I just got new Blaze tried to sync with my phone but it came up with message that the Blaze needed charging, so plugged into my laptop from info received I should have a battery symbol come up, but there is just Fitbit symbol with setup.com on screen. Have I got a faulty blaze or am I doing something daft?

Unfortunately the battery symbol will only be displayed once the set up is complete. Give it an hour or so on charge then do the set up. You can complete the charge later.
