Setup for Fitbit Blaze

Hi, so I just upgraded to the Fitbit blaze i recently had the charge HR and I been dying to get the Blaze.  Well I have my blaze charging and it is not syncing to my phone/app at all.  All the app keeps on saying is loading.  It's not finding the fitbit.  I really wanted to have the Blaze.  My phone is upgraded so the software on my phone is good and so is the app.  I don't want to delete my charge HR on my app because I have many badges and steps on that.  Is there anyway someone can help me with this?  I'm getting super upset with how this isn't working out.

If I could make a suggestion and that is don't delete your Charge HR. I have a Surge and a Blaze. When I got my Blaze I did not delete my Surge and I was glad I didn't as I was able to use my Surge while I had set up issues with my Blaze. Customer service was good in resolving the issue. Having my Surge still allowed me to compete in challenges. And I didn't loose any of my results that I worked so hard for.

@littleone1212 There are a few things you can try before contacting customer service. Try restarting the Blaze - hold in the left and bottom right buttons together and then retry the setup steps. If that doesn't work, try to delete the Blaze from the app. Go to Account, Blaze (at the top), scroll to bottom and tap Remove This Blaze and try the setup again.

Also, make sure your Charge HR is no where close by.

Welcome to the Community @littleone1212@J-flex and @Jrdubyakc thanks for stopping by and the recommendations. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your Blaze? I you do, I recommend Restarting your and try one more the Setup Procedure from your iOS Fitbit app.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy
