Setup phone text and messages on Blaze

How do I setup phone, etc notifications.  This is no option on either the PC App, the phone app (Galaxy 6S Edge) or on the Blaze itself.

On the phone app tap on the account tab on the lower right. Next tap on the device tile.  scroll down in the section marked 'General' then tap 'Notifications'.  This should present you with a menu on items that you want notifications on your device.

There is no General setting under the Account tab.

After you tap on the accounts tab you should see your device listed. Tap on the device tile to get the device options
