Setup- time, it's taking too long

I have just bought a blaze and it arrived today. however it has taken well over an hour to setup and is still going. Both my phone and the blaze are still trying to setup but it has taken a long time! Is this normal?

It's great to see you around @mjbs. I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your tracker? If you do, I recommend restarting the tracker and follow one more time the setup procedure from a computer.
