Charging issues-Brand new Blaze

Help I have bought a brand new Blaze today and have got half way through set-up when it said it doesn't have enough battery and to put it on charge but it doesn't seem to be charging?

I have tried plugging it in to a pc and a USB charger plug but it isn't showing the battery on the display just the fitbit set up screen and it isn't vibrating when I plug it in - is my charger a dud or will it suddenly start to do something?..

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Mine is doing the exact same thing.

Until the tracker is setup and running, there will be no battery icon while charging.  If you felt a vibration while plugging it in then the tracker is charging. 

No try finishing the setup.

I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your trackers? If you do, as recommended, restart your trackers and then try the setup procedure from a computer. Also, are you receiving any type of error at the moment of attempting to paired?
