Aside from not syncing to my desktop or my iphone, I've gotten a horrible skin rash every time I wear it within 24 hours of putting it on. The battery, at full charge is only lasting, at best, 5-6 hours. Anyone else having the same issues?

I'm sorry you're having these problems with your tracker 😕
For your tracker not syncing, I can recommend restarting it. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and sync properly again.
For the skin rash, please take a look at the care and wear instructions to avoid situations like these and if you continue to experience this, I would recommend stop using the tracker.
Now, for the battery, it should last for about 4-5 days between full charges so after restarting it, charge it fully and see how long it takes for the battery to drain completely. It would be great for you to sync your tracker constantly after fully charging it for the battery logs to be in the system and for our Support Team to be able to see this and help you out.
