Shipping inconveniences

Fitbit offered overnight service in emal with special offer.  Purchased Blaze, took 4 days to get to me and had GROUND FedEx postage on it.  Talked and email numerous reps and supervisors.  After many excuses and blaming shipper I received an email from Supervisor Joe, he in so many words said tuff. I have not opened the box on principle and request Fitbit pay return postage.  Don't believe what you read in their offers.

I would like to know if you received this tracker for a damaged one or it was a new purchase? Also, what type of offer did the advocate provide you and where you charged extra for the shipping?

I currently own a fitbit, I was upgrading to another watch and keeping the
old one. On 2/10 after several emails from fitbit stating this is the last
chance to get your fitbit overnight, seemed to be a Valentine's special.
Ordered and got delivery date from fitbit and FedEx of 2/11. After numbers
call saying it would be here it came 1/14 with ground FedEx postage on it.
So yes I did pay for overnight shipping in the price. It is principal now
that you supervisor acted like it was no big deal. This was a gift from my
wife for Valentine's day to be given on Sunday being that she would be out
of the country on the fourteenth. After being si excited to get The Blaze
now I have now desire for it. I tried three times to stop shipment before
it was sent. It is still unopened. I was offered a premium membership for
six months but would not use it. I asked for an extension of warranty
seeing that the HR I bought on ebay new 8 months ago is bubbling on the
band. Supervisor Tom withdrew he offer amd more or less said tuff. I
requested that return postage be sent to me to return the unopened box. I
know you return policy but I never received the service promised. I would
love to keep and enjoy the watch but customer service is so poor. Thank You
