Showing Fitbit logo while setup

I received a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas and just decided to set it up now. I've plugged it into the USB port on my computer to charge and it doesn't show a battery, it just shows the Fitbit sign. Has this happened to anybody before?

You need to charge it for at least 2-3 hours and then set it up

A warm welcome to the Community @mrsstewie65 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

If you haven't paired the device you will see the fitbit.com/setup message or the Fitbit logo. My recommendation is to charge it and once it is charged, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Hi

When it is charging what should be on the screen? It is blank and if I move it, it shows the fitbit sign.

Thanks

@mrsstewie65 that sounds correct. You will want to setup the tracker to your account and update the firmware.

Thanks for the update @mrsstewie65 and @Rich_Laue for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your tracker? Were you able to set it up? Regarding to your question, if the tracker isn't paired you should be seeing the fitbit.com/setup message or the Fitbit logo.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy
