Side buttons not working

Has anyone found a cure to the side buttons not working?? I have blown the burtons out and taken out of strap and still the buttons won’t respond, this happened after a period of me not wearing it due to injury so was limited to very little movement.... if I shut it down using the menu inside unit and then use the left button it starts back up so that tells me the button works.... I can’t do a reset as the buttons do not respond to allow this Help please

Hi thanks for the reply, I had read that and tried all they have suggested 

it would seem odd we’re all having same problems with it, I believe it to be due to an update, as I know the left button works when I can use sub menu to turn the Fitbit off it then turns in okay so I don’t think it’s the Fitbit more the software
