Silent Alarms

So I've had my blaze for about 7 months...I think at least, and I've always been having issues with my silent alarms not working. They show up on my watch, I tap the bell to turn them green and then maybe 1/10 times it will actually go off. I can't rely on the alarms at all, and I'd like to be able to use that feature. Has this happened to anyone else?

I found on the fitbit dashboard (literally about 10 minutes ago) through windows allows for these silent alarms to be put on to repeat (rather than one-offs) and to choose certain days!

You can't seem to do it via the app on the mobile, or through the blaze itself.

Are you managing to put these alarms on repeat? Or are they actually stuck on one-offs?

It's funny you say that because I have one for set for weekdays, so it should go off M-F and another set for a different time that is just for tomorrow. I've turned them both on and neither go off.

A warm welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner and @hel2164 thanks for stopping by.

As mentioned by our friend, if you don't want the alarm to buzz is some days, you have option to select the days you prefer it to work by doing the following from a computer:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Blaze

3. Scroll down to Silent Alarms

4. Click "+ Add Alarm"

5. Enter your information

6. Select the days you want it to work

7. Save

8. Sync

You can also try to restart the Fitbit to turn the alarm off from the device.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
