I received a Blaze as a gift, and I love that it gives me notifications, but my question is, why does it not give me a message preview when I receive a text? I have an Android phone, and it pops up "new message". It will show phone numbers or saved contacts when a call comes in. My boyfriend's blaze will show him the text with his iphone. Is it a difference in the operating systems? When can I expect an update that will allow my messages to show on my blaze?

A warm welcome to the Community @mananarae. Can you please tell me which text notifications you have selected, is it messenger, whatsapp, messages, etc.? In the meantime, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it.
Catch you later.

Thanks for the information @mananarae. At the moment of receiving more than one message at the same time you will be able only to see the messages that you have pending to read. Once you read them and clear them from the Blaze and receive a new one you will be able to see that one message complete with the name of the sender and the text.
See you around.

My messages show but only when I hit the button. I don't get anything popping up as a call or text I just get a vibration telling me I have a text. Then I need to push the button to see the text. If you guys are getting a pop up on your screen showing you the text I would love to know how

Welcome to the Community @wallen16 and @mananarae thanks for the information.
If you still having problems with your texts notifications and have an Android phone, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post, now if you have an iOS, follow the steps provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.
