My blaze won't sync or download the update. I have turned off watch and deleted app but still no joy any ideas?

I see there are no solutions. I bought this in November. Wish I would have spent the extra for an Apple Watch. This is a nonfunctioning piece of junk.

I would like to know if you keep having problems updating your trackers? If you do, I recommend restarting them and after the restart process, follow the instructions provided in the How do I update my tracker's firmware? post.
