My Fitbit blaze use to give me a silent vibrating alert every 1km of my pass etc when running, and it has stopped doing this recently and I don't know why??
how to I get this back on??
i prefer the silent alert to the voice alert.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Rned! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the alerts not working all the time.
I'm just curious... Does this mean that it will work randomly? If so, I'd say a restart should help. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Also, it would be good to check the settings for this. Go to the Account section by tapping at the top right corner on the app, then go down to Settings and tap on the Exercise Tracking option. Here make sure that it's set to give you the cues and sync your tracker.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!

When your at the screen that says run, tap the settings gear in the lower left. On the next screen you may turn clues on or off.
