Was wondering if there is a way to get the blaze on silent instead of vibrate, similar to a phone. Help would be appreciated.

Hey there @hannanagpal! Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

At the moment, there's no way to disable the vibrating motor on the Fitbit Blaze since it's an important part for users to be aware of notifications and interactions with the tracker.

Hope this answers your question. Anything else, let me know!

Is there going to be a way to get text notifications without the constant vibration? I work with people - to include patting them down - and can't have it go off all day, but would like to discretely know if i have a message that does need an immediate reply.

The texts were the whole reason I updated to the Blaze from the Charge HR.

Hi there @nejaf49. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I don't really think there will be a way to do this as the only way you get notified when you receive a message is by the tracker vibrating. It will light up until you notice the vibration and you raise your arm but other than that, that will be the only way to get the notification.

However, I was able to find this feature suggestion about what you say. You can add your vote and any comments you may have.

If you need anything else, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

The inability to silence this device shouldn't be a feature request it should be an urgent bug fix.

Twice this week I've had to leave my watch in the car because I couldn't risk it vibrating in the middle of a ceremony.
